Quick answers about caring for your Bellbound gear, finding the right fit, returns and pickup.
Garment care
How should I wash my Bellbound clothes?
Always follow the care label inside the garment first. Unless the label says otherwise, turn the garment inside out and wash it at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach.
Can I tumble dry my Bellbound clothes?
We recommend air drying. High heat can affect the fit, fabric and print, so avoid tumble drying whenever possible.
Can I iron the garment?
If needed, iron it inside out on a low setting. Never iron directly on the printed design.
How do I keep the print looking good?
Wash the garment inside out, avoid high temperatures and skip bleach and harsh stain removers. Do not dry-clean printed garments. A little natural ageing is normal and part of the character of the piece.
How should I care for acid-wash and vintage-wash garments?
Wash them separately or with similar dark colours for the first few washes. The washed finish is intentionally unique, so variations in colour and texture are normal. The finish may continue to develop slightly over time.
Sizing and fit
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on the product page and check the fit description before ordering. Our oversized, vintage, cropped and regular garments are cut differently, so your preferred size may vary between styles.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
Check the product's fit notes first. For a looser fit, choose the larger size. For a closer fit, choose the smaller size.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact info@bellbound.se before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get another size or product is to request a return and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@bellbound.se so we can review the issue and make it right.
Pickup
Can I collect my order at CrossFit Trestad?
If pickup is available for your items, you can select CrossFit Trestad at checkout. Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.
