Do I need an account to shop?

Nope! You can check out as a guest every time if that’s your thing. But if you create an account, you won’t have to type in your details every time you order—super convenient. You can sign up now or just do it at checkout. Totally up to you!

How do I sign up?

Easy! Just hit “Login/Register,” then click “Create an Account” and fill in your details. That’s it—you’re in!

How do I place an order?

Super simple—just browse, pick what you like, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, head to your cart, double-check your details, and hit checkout. Boom, you’re done!

How do I pay?

We keep it easy—pay with Klarna, PayPal, or any major credit/debit card (Mastercard, VISA, Amex). Pick what works for you and you’re good to go!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yep! But only if we haven’t processed or shipped your order yet. Hit us up ASAP, and we’ll see what we can do!

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Easy! Just enter your discount code at checkout, and the discount will be applied. If it’s not working, double-check that it’s spelled right and still valid. If you’re stuck, hit us up!

How do I know my order went through?

Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we got it. Just a heads-up—your order won’t ship until your payment is approved and your details are verified. If you have an account, you can also check your order status under “My Account.”

Why can’t I add items to my cart?

If an item’s available, you should be able to add it. But sometimes, it might be in someone else’s cart, which can make it show up as “Temporarily Unavailable.” If that happens, keep an eye on it—it might free up soon!

How long does delivery take?

We usually process orders in 2-4 days, then the delivery guy takes about 1-2 days to get it to you. So, in most cases, you’ll have your order in about a week or less!
